Tracy Albert is a managing director and heads the Western Region for Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (“DCF”). Prior to joining DCF, Tracy served as head of McColl’s Los Angeles office. His experience includes advising middle-market companies on strategic alternatives. His industry experience includes consumer products, apparel and accessories, and a broad range of industrial businesses with a specialty in 3D and additive manufacturing. Prior to Deloitte, Tracy was also a managing director at Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles. There he formed and managed the Wealth Management Alliances Program, a partnership with the largest wealth management firms in the U.S.
Based in Los Angeles, CA, Mike Garcia is the head of the consumer innovations group with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC ("DCF"). In his role, Mike identifies and works closely with consumer brands that are disrupting the status quo. Mr. Garcia advises these entrepreneurs on a wide range of strategic alternatives, including capital raises, private equity deals, and strategic sales. He also hosts a variety of events to foster a like-minded community of business owners and top executives. Mike began his career working in the bulge bracket investment banking realm, most recently at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on numerous advisory and financing transactions.
